With JSL Drainage, it goes above and beyond just sorting drainage issues.  We offer a detailed ‘Trace and Access’ service for insurance purposes.

An example of this service is a recent drainage issue a client in Kelvinside, Glasgow had with their valley gutter drains.  A blockage had caused a water build up to flood over the lead flashing and seep down the stone work and into the property.  This water damage built up over time without being seen or noticed before causing significant damage.  JSL Drainage were called in to fix the water build up and through a request, we were able to trace the cause of the initial blockage, access it and fix it.  This was then put into a report that can be passed onto insurance firms for any claims that need to be made.
