We received a call out from one of our customers that have used our JSL Plumbing division.
The customer had managed to rip up their drainage pipes whilst excavating their garden. Sewage waste had begun flooding the garden and was in the process of turning the lawn into a bog.
We quickly dispatched one of our trained drainage team who was assigned to the West End area to conduct an initial inspection. From there, we were able to dispatch additional team members with the correct tools and equipment.
A trench was dug around the damaged piping area to allow us access to replace the damaged section and to inspect for additional damage to any other piping. Once we were satisfied that the bedding was still table and there was no additional damage to piping, we finished our repair jobs and traced out where our customer should stay away from to prevent future damage.
