After carrying out a CCTV survey of the customers drainage pipes, we discovered that a section of drainage piping that ran under the foot path in the garden had developed a crack thanks to tree roots. The only solution to fix the problem was to perform a drain excavation. We carefully dug the location of pipe that we had identified to be the source of the problem, removed the tree roots and replaced the damaged piping. We then carefully restored the earth and relayed the foot path.
We checked in with the customers who happily reported to us that the bogged area of the garden had dried up and everything was back to normal.
