We were called to a hotel in the center of Glasgow who had hosted a school leavers dinner at the weekend. A few of the former pupils had decided to block to toilets with condoms, blue toilet paper and scrunched up printed menus (which we are sure must have been hilarious for them). The hotel staff were unable to get the toilet unblocked themselves and with a lunch time event the next day, were keen to get the toilets flushing again so that they did not have to cancel the event.
